Pavilion Alma Road- Residential Accommodation – Boiler House refurbishment.
This project included the removal of all the existing plant and controls and replacing with “Hamworthy” Stratton Wall mounted Boilers, all associated pipework and controls. This included a cold water booster set feeding the whole building. As standard a gas proving detection system and full BMS control panels were fitted on this project.
All works were completed with full manufactures commissioning and warranty.
